Description
In the year 2194, an alien race called the Gamilons suddenly appear from outer space and drop radioactive meteor bombs on Earth. Five years later, Earth still suffers from radiation contamination, and survivors live underground. The only hope is a substance from the planet Iscandar, 148000 light years away from Earth, which has the ability to cleanse Earth's atmosphere. In order to get it, selected survivors take off for Iscandar in the Space Battleship Yamato with only one year left before the radiation drives humanity to complete extinction...
