Interview with the Vampire: The story is told by Louis de Pointe du Lac in 1991 to an interviewer about the lives of himself, Lestat and Claudia through trouble, death, curse and love over the past 200 years. Going back to New Orleans, 1791, young, plantation owner Louis is unhappy with his life as a widower. That is until Lestat de Lioncourt comes into his life. The vampire Lestat, allows Louis to make the decision of either death or life as a vampire forever. Not until his decision is already made, does Louis realize what he has become. He refuses to take human life. When he is about to leave, Lestat turns a little orphan girl into a vampire to make Louis stay.

The Color of Money: "The Color of Money" is a decades-later sequel to "The Hustler." 25 years on, Fast Eddie is now a nattily dressed, silver-haired liquor salesman working the Midwest in his white Cadillac. His neat mustache and smiling deviltry are also employed in his other profession--stake horse to up and coming pool hustlers. One night he sees a kid playing who is so good that Eddie's laboriously buried memories are stirred. Vincent and his girlfriend Carmen have been working minor-league hustles, but with Eddie's help, all three could jump straight into the world of big-money pool, and an upcoming 9-ball tournament in Atlantic City.
