Description
A local plumber is plunged into the national spotlight when he takes on the former President of the United States, who can't believe he's running against a man who installed his toilets. To make matters worse, the ex-president is trying to steal the election -- and the affection of the handyman's girlfriend. Whoever wins, one thing's for sure, this town is not small enough for both of them.
