Register for a Library Card

Online Registration does not allow access to library materials until library staff fully processes your account.  Access to ALL library services will be allowed upon the verification of address.

Addresses may be verified either in-person or through the mail.

For in-person verification, come into the library within 30 days and show one of the following:

• ID
• Passport
• Utility Bill

For mail verification, nothing else is required.  Your library card will be mailed within 2 weeks to the address provided on the application.

ACCEPTANCE OF RESPONSIBILITY

• I certify that all information given is correct.
• I agree to take responsibility for all materials borrowed with this card and any child cards linked to my account, including materials checked out by others with or without my consent, unless I have reported the loss of my card(s).
• I understand that I will be held financially responsible for lost or damaged items on my account.
